How do I place an order?
You can just head to our website www.ap-uniforms.com, just select the size and colour of the item you are interested in, choose quantity and click “Add to Cart”, once your order is ready, you can “Proceed to checkout” to complete your order.
How can I place a group order?
Just email us at email@example.com and your dedicated Account Manager will help you place your group order.
Do you offer Embroidery?
Yes we do, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about it.
How do I use a promo or coupon code?
On the checkout page, at the Order Summary section, click on “Add a discount code or a gift card”, type your code and then click on “Apply” to update your subtotal. (Only one promo code per order)
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your shipping information that includes your tracking number.
What is your return & exchange policy?
You can exchange or return any of our Regular price products. All you need to do is send the products to our facilities, and we will proceed with the exchange or return. For more detailed information about the process, look at our Exchange and Return policy page:
Can I return an item from the Sale section?
Unfortunately not, all our sale items are unfortunately Final Sale, which means no returns or refunds.
Are there discounts for group orders?
Yes, it depends on the volume of the order, contact us at email@example.com for more information.

Yes, we ship to all provinces across Canada.
